We usually take about 7 to 11 days to fulfill and ship your order. Thanks for your patience!
We currently do not support returns because the items you order are made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged in the mail, please report the problem within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include:
- A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
- Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging).
The description and pictures are necessary to process replacement orders. We may ask you additional questions. We highly appreciate your input in answering all the questions and providing us with all the valuable pictures.
Once you've placed an order, we can't cancel it. Please double-check your details before purchasing. Thanks for understanding!
When your orders are marked as shipped, we will forward shipping information along with the tracking number. You can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and on the My Orders page if you have created an account with us.

Prints up to A4 travel flat. Larger prints are rolled into a tube, up to five per tube. Clothing goes in a plastic or kraft paper mailer, depending on where it's headed. There's no tissue paper inside.
Nothing here is made in advance. Each print, book and piece of clothing is produced by our print partner after you order it, then packed and sent your way.
