What forms of payment do you accept?

When will my order be shipped?

We usually take about 7 to 11 days to fulfill and ship your order. Thanks for your patience!

What is your return/exchange policy?

We currently do not support returns because the items you order are made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

In the unfortunate case that your order arrives damaged in the mail, please report the problem within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include:
- A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
- Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging).

The description and pictures are necessary to process replacement orders. We may ask you additional questions. We highly appreciate your input in answering all the questions and providing us with all the valuable pictures.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once you've placed an order, we can't cancel it. Please double-check your details before purchasing. Thanks for understanding!

How do I track my order?

When your orders are marked as shipped, we will forward shipping information along with the tracking number. You can find an order's tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and on the My Orders page if you have created an account with us.

Can I get my order shipped internationally?

Yes, we do! We currently offer shipping to France, Spain, the UK, Canada and the United States. Stay tuned as we add more countries!

Will my artwork be signed by Gary Wizart?

Not usually, but if you'd like a signed piece, just let us know through our Contact page and we'll do our best to make it happen!

How are the orders packed for shipping?

We employ a variety of packaging methods tailored to the specific type of product and its destination country to ensure safe delivery.

For prints up to A4 size, we ship them flat, ensuring they remain pristine during transit. Larger prints, exceeding A4 size, are carefully packed in triangular or rolled tubes, with the capacity to hold up to 5 prints per tube.

When it comes to our apparel, we use recyclable and recycled materials, either in the form of plastic or kraft paper bags (the exact material may vary). These choices reflect our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Note that we do not use tissue paper in the packaging process to minimize waste further. Our eco-friendly packaging solutions aim to protect your purchases while contributing to a more sustainable planet.
